Artist Statement
This triptych confronts the uneasy dualities of our time—between political collapse and digital escapism, authoritarianism and algorithmic seduction. Though Trumpland stands as a particularly charged piece within the series, each panel contributes to a broader composition that examines power, control, spectacle, and denial. Through layered imagery and mixed media, I investigate how far-right populism, surveillance, consumerism, and curated identities converge to shape our fractured present. The works are not arranged hierarchically, but in conversation—each exposing a different facet of the dystopian optimism that defines 2025.
